3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

PRODRAFT d.o.o. processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Personal data submitted via the contact form are processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and further communication, based on the legitimate interest of PRODRAFT d.o.o.
  • Personal data submitted via the careers form are processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process and taking steps prior to entering into an employment contract.
  • Technical data related to website use are processed to ensure the functionality, stability and security of the website, based on legitimate interest.
  • Data collected via Google Analytics are processed exclusively for statistical analysis and website improvement, based on your consent.
  • To protect the website from abuse and automated attacks, Google reCAPTCHA is used, and the data are processed based on PRODRAFT d.o.o.’s legitimate interest in protecting its digital infrastructure.

4. Where data are stored

Data from forms:

  • are sent to the official email address of PRODRAFT d.o.o.
  • are stored in the WordPress system via the Elementor plugin

Technical data:

  • are processed via Google Analytics
  • are stored on the servers of the hosting provider (Hostinger)

5. Who has access to the data

Access to personal data is limited to:

  • PRODRAFT d.o.o.
  • the authorized external web agency responsible for the website

Data are not shared with third parties except when necessary for technical operation of the website or when required by law.

6. Transfer of data outside the EU

PRODRAFT uses services of third parties including:

  • email infrastructure

  • Careers form data are stored for up to 12 months
  • Google Analytics data are stored in accordance with Google’s retention settings
